Spring Election

Important Dates

• December 23, 2022- Incumbents must file their Notice of Noncandidacy by 5:00 pm with the school district clerk at the school district office 

• January 1, 2023- Period for eligible committees to claim or renew a campaign finance reporting exemption for the 2022 calendar year begins

• January 3, 2023- Ballot-Eligibility deadline for filing Declarations of Candidacy and Campaign Registration Statements for all candidates, including incumbents, by 5:00 pm with the school district clerk at the school district office 

• January 10, 2023- Deadline for verification and certification of ballot eligibility and determination of need for a Primary Election 

• February 17, 2023- Write-in candidate registration deadline for Primary Election

• February 21, 2023- Spring Primary election if Primary is necessary 

• March 31, 2023- Write-In candidate registration deadline for Spring Election 

• April 4, 2023- Spring Election Day 

• April 24, 2023- School Board members take and file the Official Oath
